    1. The decision to restore certification shall be recorded within the client file after any issues have been addressed. This shall be performed by a competent person in line with the skills matrix. This shall be considered a certification decision, and a certification decision committee shall be constituted to take the decision.

    2. Clients shall be informed and updated on all decisions made regarding the granting, refusing, maintaining, renewing, suspending, or restoring of certification, as well as expanding or reducing the scope of certification.

    3. The scope of certification is agreed upon at an early stage in the certification process. However, it may need to be expanded or reduced due to factors such as acquisitions, downsizing, or the addition of new divisions.

    4. The decision to grant initial certification, renew certification, or to expand or reduce the scope of certification is made by competent and authorized personnel at TNV System Certification Pvt. Ltd., who are different from those carrying out the audit. This decision is based on a review of the certification process and associated documentation.

    5. A similar review also applies in cases of suspending or restoring certification, or withdrawing certification.
